Once I’m in the Optimal Programme, do I keep it permanently?

The Optimal Programme is tied to a specific order and is not limited by time.

You will be removed from the Optimal Programme if one of the following situations occurs:

You fail the C7 Account which is part of the Optimal Programme
You fail 2 accounts regardless of the of the stage (C7 Challenge, Verification, C7 Account)
You breach the contractual requirements of the Optimal Programme
